Late last week, the Ball State University Board of Trustees approved five contracts “to advance the implementation of (Ball State’s) Village Revitalization Plan. ” They involve design and construction of the new Performing Arts Center, a 75-year ground lease for an upscale Tapestry by Hilton Hotel , and two purchase agreements that enable the University to acquire a total of seven properties located on two Village sites.
