Two Muncie residents under arrest, charged with burglarizing a property on the 5600 block of Delaware County Road 700-S. Police say 33 year old Michael Foster and 25 year old Shyanne Wellington were caught at the scene and told police they had premission to take things from the property. The property owner said he knew neither Foster nor Wellington and had not given them that permission.
