The Madison County Board of Commissioners has approved the sale and use of electronic cigarettes in the Community Justice Complex. Commissioners this week voted to approve the request made by David Kane, director of the Community Justice Center, to allow the sale and use of the electronic cigarettes in the community justice and work release facilities, reports the Herald Bulletin.
