After 8 school years at the helm as Superintendent of Alexandria Monroe Community Schools, Dr. Melissa Brisco has announced her retirement. Dr. Brisco told us her retirement will take effect at the end of this school year. Her replacement should be named shortly after. Dr. Brisco is a native of Alexandria.
