A Muncie City Council member is considering calling for a recount in a race he apparently barely lost Tuesday. District 4 rep Brad Marshall, is currently down by five votes in his race to keep the seat and was considering the possibility of a recount. The unofficial results have Democrat Sara Gullion defeating Marshall in a squeaker – 1,195 to 1,190.
