The 2023 local municipal general election will be Tuesday. Voters in Muncie and smaller communities in Delaware County will go to the polls to pick elected town and city officials. Early voting at the Delaware County Building in downtown Muncie wrapped up at noon Monday. Polls will open in relevant precincts at 6 a.m. Tuesday and voting will continue until 6 p.m.
