The coroner has identified two people who died Sunday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in Anderson following a police chase that began in Pendleton. According to the Herald Bulletin, 68 year old Karol K. Lewellen and 74 year old John E. Lewellen, died in the crash. The suspect in the crash has been identified as 35 year old Brandon Edward Teague of Anderson.
