A Muncie man has been charged with attempting to sexually assault a woman while armed with a machete. According to the Star Press, 40 year old James Andrew Gulley is charged with attempted rape, criminal confinement and intimidation. Gully told police he was only joking around. The woman said the incident took place at the apartment of a mutual acquaintance.
