A Michigan teenager is accused of shooting and killing a Muncie man last month. Police say 18 year old Adonis L. Logan is accused of killing 55 year old Jack R. Simpson in a home in Elgin Manor Apartments, in the 2500 block of South Elgin Street, on the night of September 16th. The victim was found in an apartment about a week later.
