A Randolph County man was arrested on an attempted murder charge after a Monday evening shooting at his home. According to the Star Press, 60 year old James R. Swoveland of the 8000 block of West Windsor Road was also preliminarily charged with pointing a firearm. He was being held in the Randolph County jail in Winchester under a $50,000 bond.
