The Fraternal Order of Eagles is hosting the 2023 Madison County Vampire Masquerade Ball on October 27th. The Herald Bulletin reports once costs are covered, the remaining proceeds will be donated to Riley Hospital For Children in Indianapolis, according to Topher Chambers, owner of Digital Motion Media, the organization hosting the event.
