MiddleTown Property Group, MiddleTown Property Management, both of Muncie and the office of Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita recently reached an agreement that has the MiddleTown companies refunding its local tenants a total of $35,000. The Star Press reports, in addition, the company promises to cease what the attorney general called “allegedly unfair and deceptive practices.”
