Replacing Old Voting Machines In Delaware County

With some of them 20 years old, 239 voting machines in Delaware County are going to be in the clerk’s office 2024 budget so they can be replaced. County Clerk Rick Spangler told the Star Press that in each of the past two elections, a voting machine has come up with a fatal error. Both were able to be fixed and the votes totaled, but he said the time is now for new ones.
