Portland Woman Draws 24 Year Prison Term On Drug Counts

24 years behind bars for a rural Portland woman convicted of dealing meth. The Star Press reports 50 year old Robin K. Jacks pleaded guilty to a Level 2 felony that carried a maximum 30-year prison term. She was arrested after drugs were found at her home last October during a visit by a probation officer and Jay County sheriff’s deputies.
