A Muncie man is accused of leading an Indiana State Police trooper on a chase while a child was in his vehicle. The Star Press reports 28 year old Javaris Bennett was arrested for resisting law enforcement and neglect of a dependent. It was when the chase ended that police found the 9 year old girl inside the car. Bennett continued to be held in the Delaware County jail on Tuesday under a $7,500 bond.
