Five years behind bars for a Muncie man who threatened to shoot Delaware County’s five Circuit Court judges. The Star Press reports 49 year old Donald Webster Guinn pleaded guilty — but mentally ill — to five counts of intimidation. A psychologist once described Guinn as “like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.”
