A “Celebrate Back to School” event will be held Saturday, July 29, at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. The event is open to all Delaware County students and will be happening from 10 a.m, to 2 p.m., reports the Star Press. Backpacks filled with school supplies will be distributed at Heartland Hall, and a shoe giveaway is planned at the Memorial Building.
