Attempted murder and criminal reckless counts face a Muncie teen accused of firing shots at Delaware County sheriff’s deputies as they tried to apprehend him in a previous matter. 19 year old Tarron Hayden Conwell had been hospitalized since he was struck by a deputy’s patrol car on June 23. He was transferred to the jail on Monday and continued to be held Tuesday under a $165,000 cash bond.
