A 19 year old Muncie woman is charged with striking her mother and a child during an altercation. Ashley Marie Barnes was arrested following a domestic disturbance at a home in the 3600 block of West 32nd Street. She allegedly slapped and punched an 11 year old girl. When Barnes’ mother tried to intervene, Barnes reportedly struck her in the face.
