Law Requiring County Live Stream, Record Public Meetings

A new state law will require Delaware County Council to live-stream public meetings, record them and archiv them for at least 90 days. The Star Press reports the law will apply to city council and and town council meetings as well as most school boards and township board meetings . Those measures have to be in place by July 1st, 2025.
