The design of a rehabilitation facility at the Delaware County Justice Center has changed. According to the Star Press, originally set to be installed where a swimming pool — now filled with gravel — was located inside what was then Wilson Middle School, plans now call for the mental health facility to be in a separate building on the justice center campus. Delaware County commissioners recently voted 3-0 to go forward with the revised proposal.
