A Muncie woman is accused of intentionally running down a bicyclist with her car. 35 year old Erica Arnold is charged with attempted aggravated battery. Police say one month ago, she struck a 42-year-old Muncie man, in the 2900 block of South Cherokee Road, following an argument at her home.
