An attorney for 33 year old Jason Harris, charged with fatally shooting 28 year old Erik Sparks last February in Muncie, wants off the case. According to the Star Press, Mark Nicholson of Indianapolis, filed a motion asking Judge Thomas Cannon Jr. to allow him to leave the case citing a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship.
