Indianapolis attorney Mark Nicholson, who represents Muncie resident Jason Harris in his murder case, has been told he can’t withdraw from it. Nicholson had made the request to do so of a judge, citing a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship. The 33 yar old Harris is set to stand trial in January for the shooting death of 28 year old Erik Sparks of Muncie.
