It’s nine years in prison for a Portland woman convicted of dealing meth. 41 year old Teresa Renee Young was arrested in November 2020, when Portland police served a search warrant at her apartment in the 400 block of West Main Street, according to the Muncie paper. Police found meth, paraphernalia and a handgun with the serial number scratched off in her apartment.
