Police say a Muncie man who only recently got out of prison, is charged with threatening and striking his girlfriend. 40 year old Justin Brannon allegedly began swearing at and berating the victim as they drove home from Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino in Anderson. The woman claims Brannon punched her in the arm and put his hands around her throat during the incident.
