As the clock ticks toward the end of 2020, Delaware County’s new jail complex and justice center is nearing completion as county officials prepare to take over the facility from the developer by the end of the year. The Star Press reports most of the exterior work has been completed and crews have continued making steady progress inside toward getting the facility done on time. A nearly 60-person crew has been working daily on the site to finish the project.
