A $40 million dollar residential development is coming to the west side of Yorktown. It will sit on 64 acres, just west of downtown, according to the Star Press. It will have 278 rental units in total, including single family homes, town homes and apartments. Phase one from Bison Properties LLC could begin August 1st.
