The Wheeling Avenue construction project, between McGalliard and Centennial, will be entering its next phase. Traffic will be shifted from the East side to the West side of the street. Centennial will be closed at the Wheeling intersection for 45 days. Haines, Cromer, and Waid will not have access to the East side of Wheeling.
