A Muncie man is accused of trying to kill his ex-girlfriend. 21 year old Darius Gear is charged with attempted murder, intimidation, criminal recklessness and attempted kidnapping. The Star Press reports Gear went to her friend’s home, where she was on East Kirby Avenue, on Wednesday afternoon and pointed a gun at her, demanding she accompany him to her home so he could collect his property there. The friend called police.
