Muncie police say a drunk driver struck a boy Saturday evening with his pick up truck. 49 year old Gary Lee Stone of East Jackson Street hit the child on the 400 block of East Memorial Drive. The Star Press reports he’s charged with driving while intoxicated resulting in serious bodily injury, a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison. No word on the extent of the boy’s injuries.
