A house fire took the life of a Muncie man early Wednesday afternoon. Emergency crews were dispatched to the 1400 block of North Tillotson Avenue before 12:30pm on the report of smoke. Firefighters contained the flames to a living room area, where they also found the body of 70-year-old Carl Rinehart Jr.
