The Muncie / Delaware County Chamber of Commerce – 125th Annual Meeting Celebration will take place Thursday evening at the Horizon Convention Center. During the dinner the Chamber will present four prestigious awards – the Spirit of Small Business, Outstanding Contributions in Education, Excellence in Public Service, and Community Impact.
