If you were wondering why Muncie’s Bob Evans was closed this morning, there was a reason. Officials say the buildings fire extinguishing system went off due a problem with one of the fryers. There was no fire and staff cleaned up the affected area and the county health department checked out the scene before giving the OK for the restaurant to open back up about an hour later.
