Ball State University is expecting to enroll a record number of freshmen in the fall. Freshmen applications totaling more than 27-thousand have surpassed the record of 24,097 set three years ago. The university is also “looking very strong” in the number of freshmen whose enrollment has been confirmed at 4,104. That number is 5 percent higher than two years ago.
