Mayor Tyler’s Final “State Of The City” April 16th

Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler will present his final State of the City Address on Tuesday, April 16th at the Horizon Convention Center in downtown Muncie. Doors open at 6:45 a.m. with breakfast served at 7:00 a.m. and the program starts at 7:30 a.m.
