An investigation of a report a Muncie man pointed a gun at occupants of a southside mobile home park resulted in his arrest on meth-dealing allegations. 26-year-old Jacob Wayne Whitmire was preliminarily charged with dealing in meth, possession of meth, unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
