An Eaton man and his father have been accused of leaving two dogs to starve in a house that police said was infested with cockroaches and fleas, and full of animal feces. 22-year-old Brock Allen Clark and 51-year-old Denny Allen Clark have been arrested on two counts of cruelty to an animal. The two pit bulls had apparently not been fed for an extended period of time.
