A man police say is linked to a recent murder now faces drug charges. 31-year-old Jay Dunn of the 1600 block of H Avenue in New Castle is charged with possession of meth and a syringe. Police say he was cuffed early Thursday after police were called to a disturbance at a southside convenience store.
