A former assistant volleyball coach for Muncie Central and Wapahani is now facing federal charges. 24-year-old Nolan Brand will be prosecuted in federal court over allegations he had sex with two teenagers, at least one of whom he coached. Brand is charged with two counts of sexual exploitation.
