A man police say is linked to a recent murder now faces drug charges. 31 year old Jay Dunn of the 1600 block of H Avenue in New Castleis charged with possession of meth and a syringe. Police say he was cuffed early Thursday after police were called to a disturbance at a southside convenience store. Dunn was in a car and was pulled over.
