A former caseworker at the Pendleton Correctional Facility is under arrest after authorities say she had a child with an inmate. 31 year old Elisha Smith was charged with sexual and official misconduct. An anonymous tip informed authorities of a relationship Smith was having with the the inmate. His name is being withheld because he is allegedly a victim of a sex crime. Smith resigned from her job last year.
