He says he sold heroin to take care of his children and peddled it to up to ten different people a day. 28-year-old Douglas Garrett Jr is scheduled to be sentenced June 21st after pleading guilty to charges related to a drug ring investigation. He was also arrested last Thursday on fresh charges after he allegedly sold the drug to an undercover agent for the Muncie Police Department.
