It’s a swing and a miss for a proposed high-end housing development in Westfield. 860 homes will not be built on land surrounding the Wood Wind Golf Course. The City Council rejected the plans for the project. Mayor Andy Cook says it was “not what residents want” and “not in the best interests of the community.”
