An incident in which police say an Eaton woman allegedly threatened to attack Child Protective Services workers lead to her arrest. 24 year old Baily Stogner is charged with intimidation and disorderly conduct after reports of a number of intoxicated adults who were unable to take proper care of a juvenile boy in the home. The boy is Stogner’s son, but is in the legal custody of his grandmother.
