Voyeurism charges face a Hartford City man. Police say 33 year old Rory Lee Cain of the 2900 block of South Blackford County Road 100-E is accused of putting wireless cameras in his bathroom to get images of people as they exited the shower. Another person who lives there found the cameras in October. One was under towels on a shelf, reports the Star Press, and another was on a table by the door to the bathroom. Both had red blinking lights.
