INDOT says the State Road 13 bridge over Wildcat Creek will open to traffic on schedule at around noon today. The 600-thousand-dollar project rebuilt the three-span bridge over the Middle Fork of Wildcat Creek, which is nearly two miles south of State Road 26 in Grant County.
