The Madison County Prosecutor’s office filed a formal charge of murder against Aaron Toller in the shooting death of his girlfriend, Lindsey Wilkins, on Dec. 8th. While the coroner ruled the death as a suicide, the prosecutor believes there is enough evidence to the contrary. Toller will be appointed a public defender. He is being held without bond at the Madison County jail.
