New Castle Woman Gets “Time Served”

Time served is the punishment for a New Castle woman busted in a raid at a Spiceland home last May. 32 year old Tabatha Lovings was one of five people taken into custody that day. She was charged with dealing in methamphetamine initially but pleaded guilty to a reduced count of meth possession. The judge in the case accepted the plea in Henry Circuit Court and placed her on probation for two years.
