Incoming state schools superintendent Jennifer McCormick has announced who will fill two of her top department positions. Lee Ann Kwiatkowski will serve as Chief of Staff and Mark Keen will serve as Senior Adviser. Kwiatkowski has worked in education for 28 years- Keen for 35.
